Life first.
Azeroth second.
This is not a system for earning minutes of World of Warcraft. It is a way to make sure the game fits into a good life, instead of quietly pushing the important parts of that life aside.
The framework
The daily board is deliberately broader than health. Each day feeds one weekly picture, and the weekly pictures combine into a November report.
What the tracker is trying to protect
People, because being physically present while mentally elsewhere is not the same as showing up. Home, because gaming should not quietly transfer the household load to somebody else. Physical health, because launch month can easily turn movement, decent food and normal routines into “tomorrow”.
Mental wellbeing, because WoW should be one form of recreation, not the only way to switch off. Responsibilities, because avoidable stress compounds quickly. Sleep, because borrowing energy from tomorrow eventually affects every other category.
How progression works
Daily: review the six foundations, then tick the practical health, food and WoW-session behaviours that happened.
Weekly: the tracker counts daily states and looks for repeated pressure, not isolated misses.
Monthly: November combines all four-and-a-bit weeks so you can see what launch month actually displaced, if anything.
Important: colour is never the only signal. ✓ means holding up, ≈ means good enough, ! means attention needed, and ○ means not reviewed.
November daily board
Choose a week. Monday to Sunday stays visible. Dates before 5 November and after 30 November are intentionally disabled.
Weekly report
This report is generated entirely from the daily board above.
Building the picture
Complete daily check-ins and the weekly story will appear here.
The Weekly Picture
As daily check-ins build, this section will describe what the week is actually showing.

November report
5–30 November 2026. This becomes most useful once the month is complete, but it updates as you go.
Season One in progress
The aim is to learn how much WoW comfortably fits into a good November, and what gets squeezed first if the balance starts drifting.
